Curing:
Minimum 6 months.
Ingredients:
Pork loin, salt, paprika, garlic, sugar, preservatives (E-250, E252), acidity corrector (E-331), and antioxidant (E-301).
Conservation recommendations:
Once opened keep refrigerated between 0 ºC and 5 °C.
Consumption recommendations:The first time it is going to be consumed, preferably take out of its pack 48 hours before. Once opened, to consume take out of the refrigerator about 20 minutes before consumption.
