Iberian sausage, the flavour of the dehesa

Tasting our Iberian sausage is to enjoy all the nuances of flavour that each bite brings. Cured in our drying room in Guijuelo, we obtain an acorn-fed Iberian sausage with a peppery aroma and an intense, slightly spicy flavour. Buying Iberian sausage is always a safe bet for a gift or a good appetizer. It is a sausage that is highly appreciated and valued by lovers of 100% Iberian products. Iberian sausage should be sliced like any other sausage, in thin slices a couple of millimetres thick, but there is the possibility of having a different experience if you choose to cut the Iberian sausage into cubes.

The first time this product is to be consumed, it should be taken out of its packaging at least 48 hours beforehand, to allow the sausage to air-dry. When the salchichón has already been opened, it is advisable to keep it in the fridge and take it out at least 20 minutes before eating it in order to better enjoy its intense flavour.
