It is cured between 34 and 48 months. Each of our pieces is unique and is sent directly from our Guijuelo cellar, preserving all its essence of flavor, aroma and juiciness. The PAGO “Los Vivales” cured sheep’s cheese is made with 100% raw milk. A cheese with a firm consistency and a deep flavor, characteristic of its long maturation of 6 to 8 months, highlighted by a huge number of prestigious awards, which have positioned it as one of the best cheeses on the international scene as the World Cheese Awards or the Global Cheese Awards.
The pork loin 100% Iberico Carrasco is a loin of a bright reddish meat, with a characteristic smell and taste in which all the nuances of its raw material, the acorn-fed Iberico pig and its preparation based on salt, paprika and garlic can be perceived. The quality of our acorn-fed pork loin is not only found in the raw material, the Iberico pig of the Carrasco breed, but also in its curing and preparation process based on the traditional recipe of the Carrasco family in which all the nuances of the paprika from La Vera can be perceived in every bite.
Artajo 8 BIO Arbequina oil is presented in a 250-milliliter glass bottle. With an acidity of 0.2º, it is ideal for daily use in tomato salads, toasts, vegetables and emulsions. It presents green fruity tasting notes with intense tones of tomato branch and sweet fruit.

- Acorn-fed 100% Iberico Carrasco Ham: Store the Carrasco Ham in a dry place at room temperature (approximately 20-25º C).
- PAGO “Los Vivales” Black Label Sheep Cheese: It is advisable to keep the cheese cold, between 4º C and 8º C.
- Pork loin 100% Iberico Carrasco: Once opened, keep refrigerated between 0 ºC and 5 ºC.
- Artajo 8 BIO Arbequina Oil: It is recommended to keep the oil between 18 and 22 ºC.
- 100% Iberico Carrasco Acorn-fed Ham: It is important that the product is correctly tempered before consumption. Optimum temperature for consumption is 25 degrees. Once opened, you can cover the open part with plastic wrap and a cloth to avoid sunlight.
- PAGO “Los Vivales” Black Label Sheep Cheese: Serve at room temperature.
- Pork loin 100% Iberico Carrasco: The first time it is going to be consumed, preferably remove it from its original packaging 48 hours before and let it air-dry. Once opened, to consume, remove from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before consumption, although if preferred, it can be kept at room temperature.
- Artajo 8 BIO Arbequina Oil: It is recommended to serve at room temperature.
