The Pack contains 4 cuts of Iberian pork Carrasco:
-iberico pork shoulder tusk, 1.4 kg, approx.
-Iberico pork tenderloin, 0.7 kg approx.
-Iberico pork cheeks, 8 pieces, 1 kg approx.
-Iberico skirt steak, 2 pieces, 750 g approx.

Iberian pork cuts vacuum-packed individually for each type of cut. The product will be served frozen to comply with the highest sanitary requirements, to give our customers the product in the best state of consumption, without losing quality and to offer a faster and more operative service. The weights of the pieces will be approximate, since the animals have weight ranges. The courier service will be cold in order to keep the product in a perfect state of conservation.

Curing:

It is fresh Iberian pork, so it is an uncured product. The product undergoes an ultra-fast freezing process to maintain all the properties of the meat and all its freshness. It is served frozen by cold courier.

Once the product is thawed, it is recommended not to refreeze it.

iberico pork shoulder tusk: piece that is found by the head of the loin. It is a tender and juicy piece, as it contains a lot of fat infiltration. Weight: 1.4 kg approx.

Iberico pork tenderloin: piece located in the lumbar part, between the hip and the spine. It is a tender meat with a great flavor and texture. It is characterized by the absence of fat marbling. Weight: 0.7 kg approx.

Iberico pork cheeks: piece located on both sides of the jaw of the Iberian pig. It is a lean meat with a marked fat marbling, very tasty. Weight: 1 kg (approx).

Iberico skirt steak: piece located between the shoulder and the bacon, it is one of the fattest and tastiest. It has an irregular cut and good fat infiltration that gives it juiciness. Weight: 0.750 kg (approx).

Thaw slowly and naturally in the refrigerator (between 4-6 ºC) 24 hours before cooking. The product should be consumed within 48 hours after thawing.
