2 individual pieces of Iberica Presa, vacuum-packed, of approximately 700 grams (1.4 kg approx. in total). The product will be served frozen to meet the highest sanitary requirements. From Carrasco we always give our customers the product in the best state of consumption, without losing quality. The weights of the pieces will be approximate, since the animals have weight ranges. The courier service will be cold to maintain the correct state of the product.

Uncured product. The product is subjected to an ultra-rapid freezing process to maintain its conditions intact. It is served frozen by cold courier.
Once thawed, it is recommended not to refreeze the product.
Piece found at the head of the loin. It is a tender and juicy piece, as it contains a lot of fat infiltration. Weight: 700 grams approx. per piece, 1.4 kg approx. in total.

Consumption recommendations:Thaw slowly and naturally in the refrigerator (between 4-6 ºC) 24 hours before cooking. The product should be consumed within 48 hours after thawing.
