3 cuts of Iberian pork Carrasco: Iberico Presa, 1.4 kg approx.; Iberico Secret, 750 g approx.; Iberico Lagarto, 700 gr approx.

Cuts of different types of Iberico meat vacuum-packed individually for each type of cut. The product is served frozen, complying with the highest sanitary requirements, preserving the organoleptic properties of the product, perfect conservation to guarantee the best state of consumption, without losing quality. Faster and more operative service. The weights of the pieces will be approximate, since the animals have weight ranges. The courier service will be cold to maintain the correct state of the product.

Guijuelo (Salamanca).

Curing:

It is 100% fresh Iberico meat, so it is an uncured product. The product is subjected to an ultra-fast freezing process to maintain its conditions intact and all its freshness. It is served frozen by cold courier.

Once thawed, it is recommended not to refreeze the product.

Ingredients:

Iberico marinated loin: piece found on the ribs. Marinated with sea salt, paprika de la Vera and different spices. Weight: 1.4 kg (approx).

Iberico cheeks: piece found on both sides of the jaw of the Iberian pig. It is a lean meat with a marked fat marbling, very tasty. Weight: 700 gr (approx).

Iberico secret: piece found between the shoulder and the bacon, it is one of the fattest and tastiest. It has an irregular cut and good fat infiltration that gives it juiciness. Weight: 750 gr (approx)

Conservation recommendations:

Keep the product frozen.

Consumption recommendations:

Thaw slowly and naturally in the refrigerator (between 4-6 ºC) 24 hours before cooking. The product should be consumed within 48 hours after thawing. Iberian prey: ideal grilled or broiled. Ibérico secret: grilled or barbecued. Iberico lizard: ideal on the barbecue or grilled.
