Guijuelo (Salamanca).

Curing:

Palette (minimum 24 months); longaniza (minimum 2 months)

Conservation recommendations:

Store the chilled shoulder slices between 0ºC and 5ºC and the sausage in a cool, dry place.

Consumption recommendations:

In the case of slices, before starting to taste the product remove from the fridge and keep in the same container at room temperature (22 ºC) for 20 minutes. After this time, open the container, peel off the slices gently and place on the plate. As for the longaniza, we recommend removing it from the vacuum about 24 hours before consumption and letting it air at room temperature. We recommend always consuming the product well tempered, never cold.
