– From which countries can you buy in our Carrasco store?

You can have access to our products from Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Andorra.
All countries belonging to the European Union and Norway.

– How much do shipments cost?

Spain: Orders over 100€ have free shipping costs. For orders less than that amount, the shipping cost will be 12€ in Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands, which will be 25€). Orders of less than 300€ will not be sent to the Canary Islands and from € 300 the shipping cost will be € 50.
Andorra, the rest of the EU and Norway will have free shipping costs for orders over 300€, and 25€ for orders less than that amount. If there are local customs taxes, these will be borne by the customer.

– How long will it take to receive my order?

From the moment you confirm the purchase on our website, you will receive the order at the address indicated during the purchase process within 2-4 business days for the peninsula, 4-5 days for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, 3-4 business days for France, UK, Italy, Germany, Portugal and Androrra, and 5-7 working days for the rest of the EU.

– Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a maximum return period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, with the exception of sliced or vacuum-packed products or products that have been taken out of their packaging or removed their original label that has not Returns are allowed for health reasons.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

– How do I manage a return?

You just have to contact us at info@carrascoibericos.com indicating in the subject the order number and the reason for the return.
We will take care of picking it up at the same address where it was delivered at no cost.

– Can I send as a gift?

Yes, we can send any of our packs to whoever you want. You just have to select an address other than the billing address and check the gift box. In this way, the delivery will not carry the amount of the merchandise.

– How do I track my order?

When you accept the purchase, you will receive an email with all the details of your order and its reference number. Please, always check that our email is in your inbox and not in “Spam”. The merchandise will arrive at the indicated address within the indicated deadlines. If you have any questions you can always contact us at info@carrascoibericos.com and we will respond in less than 24 hours.

– How can I pay for the order?

We offer you two secure forms of payment. By credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or through Pay Pal.

– Will I have an invoice for my order?

Yes, as soon as the merchandise leaves our facilities, you can download the invoice from your profile on the Carrasco website.
