The best iberian chorizo from Guijuelo

Carrasco Iberico chorizo is a lot of chorizo***. Characterised by its bright red colour and intense aroma of natural spices, our chorizo offers an explosion of flavour and a juiciness in the mouth that is hard to mistake. The origin of the product, our own and improved breed of pigs, as well as its curing process and its traditional production with paprika from La Vera, garlic from Las Pedroñeras, oregano, rosemary and sage, make every bite irresistible.

Iberian chorizo differs from other varieties of chorizo in its origin. The Iberian pig comes from 100% Iberian breed pigs that have been fed in the "montanera" regime, that is, with acorns from the holm oaks present in our dehesas. This gives the Carrasco Iberian chorizo an unbeatable appearance, texture, aroma and flavour that will delight all five senses.

Iberian chorizo should be cut like any other sausage, in thin slices a couple of millimetres thick, but you can also have a different experience if you choose to cut Iberian chorizo in cubes.

In the Carrasco Ibéricos online shop, you can buy Iberian chorizo in two different formats: on the one hand, the whole piece of approximately 1.3 kg or, if you prefer, sliced in envelopes for greater convenience. Either way, don't resist trying it, you won't regret it!
