Carrasco ham, aged between 36 and 48 months minimum; Loin, Chorizo and Salchichón Carrasco, aged at least 6 months.
Ham: pork ham, salt and preservatives(E-250, E252). It does not contain gluten or lactose.
Loin: pork tenderloin, common salt, paprika, garlic, sugar, preservatives (E-250, E-252), acidity corrector (E-331), and antioxidant (E-301).
Chorizo: lean pork, common salt, paprika, garlic, lactose, milk protein, milk powder, emulsifiers (E-450 (i), E-451 (i), E-452 (i) conservatives (E252), pH corrector (E-331), olive oil and sage.

Keep the product refrigerated between 0ºC and 5ºC.Consumption recommendations:
Before starting to taste the product, remove it from the refrigerator and keep it at room temperature (22 ºC) for 20 minutes. After this time, open the pack, take the slices gently and place on the plate.
